1. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our Victoria warehouses by the road transportation. Your product(s) will take two to eight business days to arrive, (unless there is an unforeseen weather challenge). Victoria orders usually arrive within three business days.

2. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
If purchased by 12:00pm EST on a business day, it will more than likely ship the same day, otherwise, it will usually ship the next business day.

3. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking Number, but it is not showing in the Toll shipping system, what went wrong?
The 3 couriers (Australia Post, Toll and Fastway) we are using depend on your area and the weight of item. We will inform you the courier when we ship out your item. For Toll, once a label is printed and we have staged your item for Toll to pick-up from our warehouse, it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in their tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.

4. Can you ship to my country / PO Box / Norfolk Island / Christmas Island?
At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in Australia except Norfolk & Christmas Island.

5. What should I notice more about the shipping?
● To avoid any delay or extra cost of your postage, please provide correct physical address and make sure your suburb matches your post code for prompt delivery of your order (your listed eBay address for delivery, not the Paypal address).
● Our “Free Postage” items only provide one FREE delivery. Please authorize “Authority to Leave” in the case that no one will be home for delivery as there will be a re-delivery cost at $25.00+GST charged by the courier companies. Otherwise, you may need go the couriers’ depots to pick-up your item which may cause some inconvenience.
●Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
● As we generally ship larger items, delivery costs are based on the size of the item and the location of where the item is being delivered. Each item purchased attracts a separate delivery charge. We will offer you a shipping discount on each additional item or product purchased.
●Due to OH&S, if any item or product is large or heavy, you must ensure that there is an able bodied person available at the time and place of delivery, to assist our delivery man with the delivery of the item or product. If no one is available to assist the driver, we can organize an additional driver at an extra charge.
●We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred in the re-delivery of the item or products indicated in your order confirmation if:
(a) There is no person at the delivery address to receive the item or products or no person at the delivery address that is able to sign any consignment note indicating that the item or product has been received;
(b) Through no fault of our deliveryman, they are not able to unload or deliver the item or product ordered to the delivery address (such as there being no person to assist if the item or product is large or heavy, or if there is a hostile animal on the premises);
or (c) The delivery address is incorrect.
●For Condo Apartment, please provide BUZZ code.
●We do offer Expedited shipping options, but due to the variables of weight and distance, please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a quote.
●Local pick up is available for buy it now items by appointment. Please contact us, before placing your order for a pick-up!

6. In what condition that I can return my items?
●All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unopened and unused merchandise can be returned at the customer’s expense for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note, returns should be in original package and in re-selling condition.
●All of our items come with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.
●Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with any Returns or Exchanges, Do not send back any items without prior approval from the Zerintrading Customer Service or Parts Department.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
● We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard,or Direct Deposit.
● Please ring our customer service if you wish the payment processed by direct deposit we will hold your
shipment until the payment received.
● Payment is required to be made within 7 days of ordering to avoid a UPI case.
● Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment.
